This guarantee contractually binds Ottawa DJ Service as follows:

1. We provide a professional adult DJ in appropriate attire who arrives on time. 
2. Your DJ will conduct him or herself professionally at all times during your event.
3. We provide a fully licensed professional music library.
4. We maintain a professional DJ service liability insurance and memberships to WeDJ as well as to the Canadian Professional Disc Jockey Association.
5. We provide top quality sound and lighting equipment and have access to backup equipment in the advent of equipment malfunction.
6. We will do our very best to answer your phone calls or email inquiries within one business day.
7. We will do our very best to assure that you and your guests have a great time.
8. We never sacrifice your privacy to increase our profit by:
i. Having uninvited guests shopping for a DJ at your event
ii. Selling, trading or giving your name or personal information to any telemarketer, mailing list, individual or company of any kind, ever.
iii. Giving your name or personal information out to a future customer.
9. The prices that we quoted you as listed on our contracts for any of our services will not be increased for any reason. Ever. Event dates are reserved on a first come first served basis after having obtained the required deposit. Full balance payments are due one week prior to the event.
10. Unless YOU cancel, nothing-no accident, sickness, weather or other acts of God or negligence, nothing relieves Ottawa DJ Service of its obligation to fulfill this contact by performing at your event. Nothing.
